Our beliefs are similar to the Independent Baptist/Evangelical Movements found in America.

Scripture

We believe that Scripture comes from God and does not come from the Church, tradition, or any other human source. We believe Scripture is the 66 books contained in the Old and New Testaments that have been traditionally accepted as canon. We believe Scripture is inspired, inerrant, and foundational to one's beliefs and practice.

While the original documents of Scripture do not exist today, we believe that the original message is found in the intertwined message of the present-day manuscripts. We believe this proves that God has providentially preserved His word for all ages. We believe the King James Version is the best translation of the original message for the English speaker.

Salvation

We believe all people are born with an inherited sin nature received from our common ancestor, Adam, and is a sinner. We believe the only hope of deliverance from sin is from a total change of mind concerning one's sinful condition and a personal choice to Jesus Christ as the only Saviour. We believe that the substitutionary sacrifice of Jesus Christ is expressed by unconditional grace and available to anyone who wants to receive it. We believe that any who decides to reject Jesus Christ as their Saviour by unbelief will be condemned to an eternity in the lake of fire.

God

We believe in one God; Who is eternal, self-existent, infinite, and immutable. We believe He has one nature, one essence, and one substance; yet manifests Himself to man in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

Jesus

We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God and is the only Saviour of humankind. We believe Jesus Christ was the eternal God who took on humanity through a virgin birth. We believe Jesus Christ showed that He possessed all the attributes of Deity and never relinquished any attributes of His Deity, but merely veiled them as He walked on the earth. We believe Jesus Christ lived a perfect, sinless life, at the end of which He was offered for all humankind as a substitutionary sacrifice for man's sin. We believe this sacrifice was a just payment to God for the forgiveness of sin to all who will receive it, which was activated by His death through the shedding of His blood on the cross and acceptance by God upon His resurrection. We believe Jesus Christ has ascended into Heaven after His resurrection to be seated at the right hand of the Father and is now waiting for the time of receiving His church at the rapture.

Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit of God is a person who has personality and all the attributes of Deity. We believe the Holy Spirit has always been involved in the affairs of mankind; however, we believe He has a special ministry that began at Pentecost and will continue until the rapture. We believe that this ministry includes reproving the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment. We believe the Holy Spirit was also sent to regenerate, sanctify, seal, and fill all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ.

End Times

We believe in the literal interpretation of the Scriptures in their grammatical and historical context. We believe in the pre-tribulational rapture of the church saints, followed by the seven-year tribulation. We believe in the pre-millennial return of Christ to the earth and His literal rule of 1,000 years.
We believe that following this one-thousand-year reign is the Great White Throne judgment, the new heaven, and new earth.
